1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms outline the conditions of purchase between the buyer and the online store Cakes On Walls (hereinafter – the Seller).
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms. Updated terms apply only to orders placed after the changes take effect.
1.3. Purchases may be made by adults, legal entities, and minors aged 14+ with parental or guardian consent.
1.4. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read the terms and are legally eligible to purchase.
1.5. The contract is considered valid once the buyer clicks “Confirm Order.”

2.2. Data is used for order processing, delivery coordination, and communication purposes.
2.3. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information. No account registration is required to make a purchase.

3. Buyer Rights & Responsibilities
3.1. The buyer may purchase goods legally and according to these terms.
3.2. The buyer may withdraw from the contract and return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and maintains original condition.
3.3. Returned products must remain in original packaging.
3.4. The buyer must pay for the order and accept delivery.
3.5. The buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information.
4. Seller Rights & Responsibilities
4.1. The Seller ensures access to the online store and completes orders when goods are in stock.
4.2. The Seller may restrict service if the buyer violates terms or poses a security risk.
4.3. The Seller is responsible for delivering the order to the address provided and ensuring proper packaging.
5. Ordering & Payment
5.1. Orders may be placed 24/7.
5.2. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
5.3. Payments may be made via bank transfer or online banking.
5.4. Production and shipping begin only after payment is received.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is available throughout Europe via couriers or parcel lockers (where applicable).
6.2. Delivery times may vary due to production capacity, custom orders, or logistics delays.
6.3. Upon receiving the parcel, the buyer must inspect packaging. Visible damage must be recorded in the courier’s report.
6.4. If the product is delivered damaged or incorrect, the buyer must notify the Seller immediately.
7. Product Quality & Manufacturing Specifics
7.1. All products are made from acrylic and produced in limited quantities.
7.2. Items are hand-assembled in layers; minor surface or shade variations may occur due to the manufacturing process.
7.3. Colors displayed on screen may differ slightly due to monitor settings.
8. Liability
8.1. The buyer is responsible for incorrect data and any resulting consequences.
8.2. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (courier services, parcel lockers).
8.3. In case of loss, each party compensates the other for direct documented damages only.
RETURN POLICY | CAKES ON WALLS
The customer has the right to return the goods within 15 days, by notifying us via email at info@cakesonwalls.com.
The returned item MUST be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete with all components (including all layers, parts, mounting elements, instructions).
If the item is in good condition, undamaged, and matches the order — the customer covers the return shipping cost.
If the item arrives defective, does not meet quality standards, or was damaged during transport — the return cost is covered by the seller.
Products must be returned by registered mail, courier, parcel terminal, or delivered in person to the address provided by the seller.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Funds are transferred back to the customer within 5 business days from the date of return receipt.
